The Residency required consistent speech and programme levels from the ballroom to pre-function and circulation zones, with presets that match how the hotel sells each event: conferences, banquets, and entertainment nights.
We evaluated the space as one acoustic and control fabric — not isolated rooms with separate ad-hoc processors. A centralised design keeps routing, zoning, and redundancy visible to facility teams and simplifies how operators hand over the room to different clients.
